Chapter Activities Award of Excellence

Head:  Taran Loper
Members:  Alyssa Allen, Brittanie Brown, Benaiah Cheevers, Pat Hanlon, Chelsey Sampson and Laiken Wilkening 

Purpose: To recognize local chapters for their outstanding activities and program of work and to motivate all local chapters to strive for an outstanding program of activities.

Meetings:

• Taran, Brittanie and Laiken met once to go over the procedure of saving service/social items to the Q drive folder.
• Tacey created the Duties Assignment for all committee members to use as a guide for what they personally need to complete.
• Taran emailed all members of the committee to remind them of the due date and the assignments (2/17/11)

DUE DATE: March 1st.

A Google Doc was shared with the committee on 2/4/11.  It has a list of duties and the deadline.  Please review and discuss with the committee head, Taran, as needed.  Taran has rights to shift duties around as he sees fit.
